Policies 

Cancellation/Late Policy

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance as this will allow us a chance to offer your appointment to another guest, and to keep you from incurring a rebooking fee.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule to be sure the following appointment is started on time, and may be subject to a rebooking fee.

  • Cancellations with LESS than 48 hours before the appointment will be considered a Late Cancellation, and subject to a rebooking fee.

  • ​Changing/Removing scheduled services with less than 48 hours notice will also be considered a late cancellation and subject to a rebooking fee (depending on the stylist).

  • Rebooking Fee varies from $25 per service booked up to 50% of total service (depending on the stylist).

  • Rebooking fees are due within 7 days of your cancelled appointment and before a follow up appointment can be booked.

  • All rebooking fees are non-refundable.

Redo/Adjustment Policy

  • Please contact your stylist within 1 week if unhappy with your services.

  • All adjustments must be complete within 2 weeks of original service.

  • Color clients will be subject to additional cost of color if they change mind on original hair color.

Hair Services Agreement

When scheduling, I understand that my stylist will work to achieve the agreed upon result. Should I feel the result differs from what we agreed to achieve, I have 1 week to request a service adjustment free of charge. If I do not request a service adjustment within 7 days of the services rendered, I understand that I am no longer entitled to a service adjustment and any changes requested will have to be paid services. I understand that If I change my mind and now desire a result that differs from what was discussed in the consultation, I am not entitled to a service adjustment.

 

Hair History Falsification Agreement

During the pre-visit, consultation, and appointment, I agree to be fully honest and transparent with my stylist as we talk about my hair history. I understand that anything I've done previously to my hair and anything I may choose to do in the future will affect the results of services received at the salon. I understand that falsification of hair history will result In an undesirable outcome Including, but not limited to: hair breakage, uneven color, undesirable color, irreparable damage. Should any of the above occur and it is determined that I have falsified hair history, I will not be entitled to any reparative services, treatments or refunds.

Social Media Policy

  • Before & After photos are used for social media, website, & marketing. 

  • When asked if its ok to take your picture that gives consent to post them. 

  • If you want, please share and tag yourself!

  • If you don't want your face shown, just let us know.
